• Coordinating office activities to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
• Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
• Maintain all records like vouchers, receipts, bills, and payment processing bank reconciliation, payment collection, monthly compliances of GST and TDS, payment follows up by telephonic & mailing, maintain sales registers, banking works like NEFT, and RTGS, finalization of accounts, statement of accounts, balance sheet statement, handle monthly and annual closings and ensure timely bank payments.
• Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
• Manage company facilities, including space planning/design, vendor contracts and relations, and office functions and services.
• Serve as primary liaison between company staff and building managers, providing information, answering questions, and responding to requests.
• Please help team members whenever necessary.
• Ensure general management of the office by overseeing effective communications and other strategic and tactical planning.
• Oversee and achieve organizational goals while maintaining an efficient, productive, and positive office culture and employee experience.
• Schedule and track meetings and appointments, book flights, and handle travel logistics.
• Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.).
• Keep a stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
• Performing other relevant duties when needed.
Requirements
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Tally, ERP.
• Excellent knowledge of TDS and GST.
• Minimum degree- Bachelors. Applicant with commerce background will be preferred.
• Applicants with 1 year to 3 years of work experience should apply.
• In-office (Location- New Delhi)
• Familiarity with office management procedures.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities must.
• Willingness to learn.
