Responsibilities:
Daily reporting of sales and incoming payments
Open online banks via net banking for all banks (update payment groups on a regular basis).
Bank reconciliation statement update in accounting software (DELHI)
Making payment lists on a regular basis to follow up from the Delhi office
Import purchase bill entry in tally, approx. 25 to 30 invoices (UID form)
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
Enter purchase invoices and check the ledgers.
Check Delhi Petty cash statements and report to Alka Mam.
Make a sale invoice, e invoice, and e waybill.
Put the conversion in the tally.
Put stock entries in the tally.
Check Delhi pending payment, all sales and purchase invoices, and follow
up to the Delhi team and reporting to Alka Mam on a regular basis.
Supporting the Delhi team on a daily basis.
Check the Delhi stock list and make it with the help of the Delhi team, reporting it to Alka Mam.
Check cash sales and cash payments from the Delhi office and enter in
tally and report to Alka Mam on all cash payment entries.
Maintaining files of sales and purchases
Go to Godown at the time when Delhi bulk stock material has to be dispatched.
to check and ensure proper packaging of material with serial numbers.

Make sure that no extra item is dispatched. Put serial nos.
also on boxes and load on trucks with the help of labour.
Help Sales Executive with any work related to Delhi, i.e., repair, dispatch issue, payment, price, etc.
