Responsibilities:
• Perform detailed financial preparation procedures.
• Assist in preparation of Financial Statements, Preparation of Draft accounts and Compliance with Statement of Recommended Practices.
• Detailed scrutiny of financial statement s of UK based companies for compliance with legislative accounting standards (UK GAAP or IFRS) regarding disclosure to stake holders and checking for accuracy and consistency.
• Perform quality review of the financial statements.
• The role will consist of 60% financial work and 20% bookkeeping work.
• The main job responsibilities for this role include Preparation of Financial Statements, Computation of Corporation Tax/ Trust Tax, and Preparation of Quarterly and Annual Management Accounts.
Job Requirements:
• Commerce Graduates/Post GraduatesPartly Qualified/Qualified ACCA/CA candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.Should possess clear working knowledge of accounts.
• Should possess good communication skills. • Should be a quick learner, especially with accountancy software.
• Should have strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel. It would be plus point if they have knowledge of Xero, Sage and IRIS.
