Overview
The Accounts cum Admin Executive plays a critical role in managing the financial and administrative functions within the organization. This position is vital for ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day accounting tasks and office administration. The Accounts cum Admin Executive will be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing invoices, handling administrative tasks, and providing support to the management team. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage accounts payable and receivable tasks
• Prepare financial statements and reports
• Handle bank reconciliations and cash flow management
• Process vendor and client invoices
• Assist in budgeting and financial planning
• Administer office administrative duties such as managing correspondence, organizing office operations, and maintaining office supplies
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Assist in HR-related tasks such as maintaining employee records and coordinating recruitment activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Assist in the organization and execution of company events and activities
• Provide general support to the management team
• Manage office communication and correspondence
• Assist with basic IT support and coordination with external vendors
• Handle basic facility management tasks
• Assist in the implementation of administrative systems and processes
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience (2-3 years) in accounting and administrative roles
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel
• Strong understanding of financial principles and practices
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of HR processes and practices is a plus
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Familiarity with basic IT troubleshooting and office equipment management
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
