Full Job Description
Responsibilities * Ensuring the Monthly book close with accuracy and compliance with * Company policies and accounting standards. * Preparation of Monthly Balance Sheet account reconciliations, analysis of * open items and working with various teams across the company in different parts of the world to explain or clear the same. * Ensuring Monthly Intercompany Reconciliation as per the global standards, * analysis and posting of appropriate entries to avoid out of balances/intercompany plugs. * Cost Center Analysis with emphasis on Product based reporting. * Excellent knowledge of Fixed Asset processes- Asset Additions, * Retirements, Transfers, Capitalization, and -Asset held for Sale. * Good working knowledge of General Ledger Accounting and posting Manual Journal Entries * as per business requirements. * Preparation of the Monthly MIS Reporting. * Expenses report bookings * Bank Reconciliation. * Knowledge on Accrue, Prepaid cost & revenue * Working with Global Finance Leads and Controllers to ensure the entity * Financial Statements are reported accurately on monthly basis * Preparation of Inflow and Outflow Cash Statements Requirements: * B.Com Graduate (BBA with Accounts as specialization) * Excellent communication skills * Knowledge of Excel would be added advantage. * Must have Knowledge on day to day Compliance like TDS, Service Tax, PF, PT * Sound Accounting knowledge.
