Roles and Responsibilities:
Should be comfortable in using SAP B1
Making tax invoice, e-way bill, packaging list, etc. for sale of final product.
Preparing MRNs for Raw Material received at plant
Accounting and managing petty cash.
Obtaining Quotations and Preparing Cost Comparatives in excel for spares and consumables and sending for purchase approval
Making purchase orders on SAP upon receiving of techno-commercial approval and following up with suppliers
Physical counting of material and re-conciliation against invoice and PO.
Managing physical and SAP store inventory for raw material, spares and consumables
Issuing of Material Gate Pass, in case any material is going out of factory for return, processing or repair.
Preparing attendance of Factory staff attendance and filling statutory registers
Any other responsibility given by management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate should be Graduate /Post Graduate from Commerce background.
Candidate should have 03-07 years in accounts.
Candidate has sound knowledge working on SAP and Excel.
Candidate should have good communication and interpersonal skill.
Hindi Native candidate gets preference
