WeÂare seeking an enthusiastic accountant to assist our founding team in finance and operational task. The successful candidate will manage and maintain accurate financial records, prepare financial statements, and manage accounts payable and receivable. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Skills required:
• Good command over MS Excel & MS Word
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial data is accurate and up-to-date
• Basic knowledge of GST, TDS & other accounting terms
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments
Roles and responsibilities:
• Managing daily accounting and banking activities
• Prepare and submit tax returns and other regulatory filings
• Accounts Payable - Receiving invoices and processing payments through an automated process using specialized software
• Accounts Receivable – Working on SOAs and ensuring timely responses. Engaging with customers, receiving collections, and accurate payment applications against the relevant open invoices.
• Negotiating and Managing clients
• Running payroll

• Effective communication skills
