Full Job Description
Maintaining complete Day to Day Books of Accounts.
Passing Purchase and Expenses Entry.
Generate Sales invoice, delivery note, and Eway bill
Booking of incomes, expenses, debit notes and credit notes, etc.
Complete responsibility for the Payable, Receivable process.
Thorough understanding of invoice Process.
Monthly MIS report
Passing Journal Voucher and Expenses.
Petty cash management.
Vendor payment with Bank receipts & payments entries.
Daily Bank reconciliation and Coordination with Bank.
Daily Ledger scrutiny and vendor ledger reconciliation and highlighting the issues.
Basic understanding of TDS and TCS deduction.
TDS Payment and return filing.
Understanding of GST input, Output, and credit set off, etc.
Monthly GST return filing with GSTR-2A and 2B reconciliation.
Professional Tax payment and return filing.
Good in Tally, MS Excel, and other MS office tools.
Inter-company and individual reconciliation
Monthly physical stock verification and inventory management
Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data.

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
