Qualification: BAF
Experience: 2 to 3 years

Job description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintaining day to day accounts Tally & SAP
Executing all Bank transactions including vendor payments, salary payments, tax payments, investments.
Preparation of Bank Reconciliation
Monitor cash-flow of the organisation by monitoring income, expenditure, and investments
Maintain receipts and records for all the business transactions
Preparing monthly financial statements from trial balance
Performing all Payroll related activities
Preparing monthly GST working, invoice reconciliation and filing GST returns
Preparation of monthly TDS working for payments
Filing of Quarterly TDS return
Work out the TDS liability on salaries to employees
Preparation of MIS
Assisting auditors with necessary information and documents
Maintaining secretarial documents
Corresponding with different departments within the organisation and outside the organisation through letters and emails
