Accounts Executive and Administrator

Job Location: Broadway, Chennai

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring that accounts are updated on a timely and accurate basis. The key areas of responsibility include general ledger, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring timely and accurate update of accounts.
Overseeing the general ledger, accounts receivable, and accounts payable functions.
Ensuring compliance with direct taxation, GST and TDS filing.
Preparing and analyzing financial reports.
Managing and mentoring a team of accounting professionals.
Requirements:

A graduate degree in accounting or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and finance, with a focus on managing day-to-day accounting operations.
Strong communication skills, with excellent verbal and written English language skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Tally accounting software.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals.
