• Ensure timely & correct bio-metric punching in ERP Software.
• Ensure timely & correct billing of the units under branch & ensuring it deliver to clients on time.
• Preparation of vouchers and entry in ERP on daily basis.
• Safe custody of cheques, draft & cash.
• Verification cash balances at the end of the day & tally it with the ERP balance.
• Preparation of BRS on monthly basis.
• Proper accounting of TA advances, advance for expenses.
• Preparation of Budget compliance report on monthly basis.
• Enforcement of salary disbursement.
• Ensuring manual wage paid to employees.
• Maintain record of kit issue & the same is entered in ERP.
• Assist the statutory & internal auditor in their audit work.
• Preparation of challans, reports & return relating to P.Tax.
• Maintain fixed asset register of branch up to date.
• Maintain Store register.
• Send inter branch transaction ledger to CO or and other branch with whom they have transactions on monthly basis every month.
• Follow up with clients for any kind of collections pending in regular basis.
• Responsible for interacting with clients on behalf for the organization.
• Management skills.
• All bank related works.

Requirement:
• Proven experience as an Account Executive, or similar sales/customer service role
• Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of Tally, GST is a plus
• Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Enthusiastic and passionate
• M.Com or B.Com in accounts & finance or business administration

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
