Job Role: Accounts Executive – US Operations

Experience: 2+ Years

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department. • Validation of AR & AP Invoices. • processing the payments for AP invoices. • Coordinating with the Customers for payment related issues. • Answering Client questions related to Invoices, Net terms, and Net term deductions. • Reporting on accrual profit. • Coordination with internal teams before every payroll, to check the status of projects on billing. • Marinating the data of check received and online payments and applying the same in Quick Books. • Add/Change/Terminate assignment in Payroll software. (QuickBooks – Online). • Preparation of employee W2/10++ accounts/Balance sheets. • Preparing the payroll sheet with their time hours and billable rate and along with their percentage of payment. • Preparation of Financial reports & MIS. • Preparing cash-flow on monthly basis and updating managing directors on accrual receivables for the internal expense planning. • Preparing quarterly projections. • Reconciliation of payments made to insurance companies and deductions made from the consultant’s payroll calculations. • Reconciliation of Customer payments. • Generating product-based invoices by referring to tickets raised and their payment related issues. • Assisting in filling the tax returns with CPA

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹8,086.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
