Accounts Manager & Cashier

Responsibilities:
Manage the company's financial records, including accounts payable, accounts
receivable, general ledger, and payroll
Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, cash
flow statements, and other financial reports as needed
Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial plans, and monitor
performance against them
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and
tax laws
Supervise and mentor the accounting team, providing training, coaching, and
support as needed
Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations to senior
management for decision-making purposes
Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in accounting or financial management
Any person with 1-2 years of experience in cash handling and customer service can
apply for cashier position
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact
effectively with employees, vendors, and customers
Proficiency in accounting software like Tally and Microsoft Excel
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
simultaneously
