About the Role
The primary purpose of this role is to support the Finance team by managing accounts payable and accounts receivable functions in a timely manner while delivering excellent customer service and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily accounts payable, accounts receivable, and banking duties, including responding to stakeholder inquiries.
Accurately process invoices and prepare monthly accrual journals to correctly capture incurred costs.
Perform ad-hoc financial reconciliations, summary reporting, and analysis as required.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
About You
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you should have previous experience in a similar role and demonstrate proficiency in the following:
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel), Adobe, and various financial systems.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to build rapport and work effectively within a team.
High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and accuracy in data management.
Ability to learn new processes and systems quickly.
Good financial literacy and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines.
