Job Description
Your Team :
Our forward-thinking, dynamic finance team have a great focus on supporting the global business. Join our team and work alongside our regional and global finance colleagues in a fast paced environment, driving efficiencies and improving processes aligned to our overall business strategy.
Your Role
Ensure accurate preparation and maintenance of Company financial records. Provide accurate, relevant, and timely financial and management information to the Financial Controller and Head of Finance.
What You Will Be Doing
• Maintaining Accounts Payable ledger
• Processing and paying supplier invoices
• Processing and paying employee expenses
• Bank reconciliation
• Cash Flow actual / forecasting
• Preparing prepayment and Accruals schedule
• Investigating outstanding / open AP balances
• PAYE Settlement Agreement analysis
• Monthly Payroll processing
• Managing company fixed asset register
• Managing fixed asset depreciation
• Assisting with finance cases
• Assisting with annual audit requests
• Driving process improvement and efficiency in AP & treasury
• Ad hoc projects and tasks
• Accurate and timely production of management information to agreed deadlines
• Prioritising and organising own work to deliver to agreed deadlines
• Work with minimal supervision to established procedures
What You Will Bring
• AAT qualified or ACCA part qualified financial / management accountant, taking final exams also considered
• Proven accounting experience
• Intermediate / Advanced Excel knowledge – pivot tables, graphs, v-lookups, if-statements
• Preferable but not essential knowledge of NetSuite, Salesforce.
• Practical knowledge of accounting standards including IFRS15 and IFRS16.
