Responsibilities
The full-time Accounts Payable Specialist will help process, track, and record payments in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner
Accurate and timely processing of invoices and credits
Verify receiving documents for approvals and proper GL coding
Select invoices for payment and prepare checks for signing
Mail vendor payments
Reconcile vendor statements
Maintain vendor files and positive vendor relations
Schedule online payments
Enter Prepaid Electronic Funds Transfer, monthly recurring charges
Maintain and process credit cards for payments
Provide administrative support as needed

McCallum Rock Drilling (MRD) is a rock drilling and blasting contractor based out of Chehalis, WA, that has been in business since 1+88. MRD operates in commercial quarries, surface mines, timberlands and construction sites throughout the Western US.

We are currently hiring for a full-time Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Chehalis, WA team and will be reporting directly to the Office Manager. The full-time Accounts Payable Specialist will help process, track, and record payments in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner.
