About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented accounts receivable administrator to join the Lighthouse team. This role is ideal for a professional looking for a part time position to develop their career and contribute to the success of a thriving company. We are open to candidates who have gained experience with accounts receivable within administrative roles.
The role is onsite at all 3 locations of Lighthouse.
Responsibilities include:
Verifying and issuing client and third-party invoices
Logging client sessions in various portals for payments to be processed
Reconciling and applying payments accurately to ensure up to date financial records
Monitoring and collecting outstanding fees by contacting clients/ third parties via phone and email
Generate invoicing and receivables reports
Responding to telephone enquiries related to accounts and resolving any queries promptly.
Managing the accounts outlook inbox, ensuring all emails are responded to in a timely manner
Using practice management software for invoicing and overseeing billable services
Attending administrative meetings with the larger admin team
Liaising with clinical staff regarding services and billing
Attending regular meetings with practice manager, finance and clinical directors
Performing other ad-hoc duties as required to support the company
Establishing, developing and maintaining professional working relationships with internal and external customers
To be successful in the role you will need to demonstrate the following:
Minimum 5 years' experience in similar role
Understanding of the end-to-end accounts receivable process
Possess Microsoft Excel skills
Strong attention to detail
Highly organized and diligent
Ability to manage multiple tasks with strict deadlines
Strong communication skills
Solution focused attitude
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Police Check within last 6 months
Working with Children Check for paid employment

The Lighthouse Psychology Practice is a beautifully presented practice whose mission is to provide evidence-based treatment for a wide range of mental health concerns, in both a timely and affordable manner. We are a leading practice, servicing the South West Sydney areas, with three locations in Campbelltown and Moorebank.
The Lighthouse Practice has been established for over 12 years with a long-standing clinical team of Psychologists, Counsellors and Consultant Psychiatrist. We have strong working relationships with local GP’s and other referring organisations; and pride ourselves on individually tailored and authentic therapy/ intervention services
