Responsibilities
Job Functions:
• Reflect the Northwest Way
• Build strong relationships with internal and external customers to create Customers for Life
• Post check payments to customer accounts accurately
• Process credit card and ACH payments
• Maintain enrollment in customer billing/payment portals
• Research payment disputes, charge backs, and discrepancies
• Maintain operations by following policies and procedures
• Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
• Contribute to team effort by performing other duties as needed

Qualifications
Experience:
• Associate’s degree in accounting or related preferred
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required
• 1 to 2 years of experience working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point).
• Stable work history
• Accounts receivable experience preferred
Ideal Candidate:
• Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Acts with integrity by keeping commitments
• Serves as a NW Brand Ambassador, always focusing on the highest level of professionalism and image standards
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Advanced mathematical skills
• Basic understanding of Accounting
• Ability to communicate with all levels
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with regards to financial matters
• Must be able to pass a drug screen
