Role Summary:
As part of our growth, we have created a new Financial Analyst position reporting to the Finance Manager. This role will be responsible for supporting pre- and post-acquisition activities. This includes working capital review, earnout calculations, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate must have strong accounting, organization, and communication skills to support significant growth in a lean, fast-paced environment. This Analyst will be an integral part of the Acrisure Home Office Finance team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Preparation of agency earnout workpapers, calculations, analysis, and funding.
• Create excel based earnout templates representing Acrisure financial and legal obligations
• Support agency trend analysis by gathering detailed support through collaborating with internal accounting and M&A teams
• Communicate cross-functionally with Accounting, M&A, Legal, and Tax teams through organizing content and workflows
• Build and manage KPIs to drive efficiency and measure success
• Create funding requests provided to treasury and payroll teams
• Strong interpersonal skills with business, financial, and operational acumen
• Support finance projects that contribute to team goals and objectives
• Create an audit trail with supporting documentation for work products
• Protect operations by keeping financial information confidential
• Develop personally and professionally through projects and various training courses

Education/Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, ideally with a major in Accounting or Finance
• Work experience in accounting and/or finance role preferred
• Preferred candidates will have demonstrated project management skills
