We are seeking a friendly and reliable Ad-Hoc Receptionist to provide temporary front-desk cover as needed.

This is a flexible role ideal for someone looking to work on a short-term or occasional basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming and assisting guests, answering phone calls, and ensuring security protocols are followed.
• *Salary:** £15-£18 per hour (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist guests or clients arriving during the day
• Answer and route phone calls professionally
• Ensure security protocols are followed, including monitoring access to the premises
• Provide support to the team with ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements:
• Ability to remain calm and efficient in a quiet or high-pressure environment
• Comfortable working independently during night hours
• Basic computer skills (email, word processing, and spreadsheets)
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
