Roles & Responsibilities • Assisting in the daily office work and providing administrative support to all departments. • Ensuring compliance with labour law, factory regulations and other statutory requirements • Handling employee grievances, conflicts and concerns in a fair and confidential manner • Maintaining attendance records, managing leave requests and ensuring adherence to company’s policies • Assisting in performance appraisal processes, including tracking employee performance and providing support for performance improvement plans • Record keeping of various inventories for the company • Arranging and assisting in coordination of staff meetings, training program's etc and taking the minutes of the meeting • Coordination and follow up with various departments as per requirement. • Making operational reports. • File Management. • Perform other administrative tasks assigned by using independent judgment Requirements Technical: • Experience of handling Admin & HR Manager role in a Garment Factory • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR Software • Excellent in oral and written English communication • High problem solving capability • Ability to efficiently search the web • Willingness to work & perform in office environment • Strong desire in innovating processes and exceeding expectations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. • Knowledge of Indian labour laws and regulations Behavioural: • Skills in coordinating activities, active listening, and monitoring performance in an intense environment • Willingness to be persistent and proactive in your work • Ability to handle multiple tasks in an organized manner and deliver under pressure • Ability to communicate effectively via multiple channels (verbal, written, etc.) • Ability to have attention to detail and accurately follow procedures • Excellent interpersonal skills • Quick learner agility
