Only raw materials enter Subko's roastery: all of the coffee and bakehouse products are crafted from scratch, in house. From crop to cup, bean to bar, and farm to table. We are on the lookout for young. motivated individuals to join our growing team in the kitchen, front of house service and as baristas.
About the job:
We are looking for an Executive Assistant cum Admin to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company’s senior-level managers.
The responsibilities include managing calendars, making travel arrangements and coordinating with the finance team for managing the invoices. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance.
Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to executive members.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage calendars for senior management
Managing company wide travel bookings (flights, accommodations, etc)
Internal administrative coordination on documentation, billing and any support required by the accounts department
General reception management and telephone duties where required
Providing daily support to internal departments where needed
Managing data entry work across the company where required.
Required Skills:
Strong English communication (written and verbal)
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) basic understanding
Adept at emails
Adept at using booking software’s
