Sentry Management is an industry leader in community association management. We are currently seeking a Part-Time (3 days a week) Administrative Assistant to the the Architectural Review Board - to work on site.at one of our Associations luxury gated community in St. Mary's GA. The Assistant to the Architectural Review Board's responsible include the following. The Assistant maintains policies, practices and ensures adherence to Sentry’s Goals, Value and Service Standard of our Foundation Principles.

Location: Osprey Cove is a luxury gated community in St. Mary’s, GA; Reasonable commute to north Jacksonville, FL area.
Hours: PT - 24 hours per week - (MWF) from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm w/lunch break

Description:

Reports to Community Manager
Provides Administrative Support to ARB, Board of Directors, and Homeowners
Review and process ARB applications for exterior home improvements and additions
Ensure application is complete with accompanying documentation as per the architectural guidelines
Serve as the primary point of contract between the community association ARB, homeowners, and contractors
Facilitate clear communication with all parties to ensure compliance with ARB guidelines
Maintain accurate records of ARB applications, related documents, and decisions
Assist with inspection and monitoring projects to ensure they adhere to approved plans and ARB guidelines
Other administrative tasks as assigned by the Community Manager
Skills & Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED
Prior experience in project management, real estate, property maintenance, or property management is helpful.
Prior experience in general construction and reviewing architectural plans in helpful.
