• Courier Management
• Attend and direct visitors, vendors, couriers, incoming and outgoing packages/ covers/ cheques as appropriate.
• Vendor Management
• Handling end-to-end travel arrangements for employees both within and outside the country, this will include hotel arrangements, air tickets and local transportation.
• Workstation arrangements, seats updation reports, Boardroom & Conference Room Bookings
• Preparing MIS related to Administration Expenses
• Performing other relevant duties when needed.
• Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations.
• Handle minor financial transactions for the office - Travel reimbursement, Mobile bills, Refreshments, etc
• Maintains records, documentation, and files, particularly more complex or sensitive files such as employee files.
• Manage & renew AMCs on time
• Performing bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable, and budget tracking.
• Handling & assigning work to housekeeping staff, office boy
• Purchasing office supplies, equipment, and furniture.
• Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Proficient in a Microsoft Office Suite, Google Spreadsheets
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
