Roles Responsibility
• Manage all administrative tasks related to the Shopping mall coordinating with retailers, tenants, suppliers, various internal teams such as operations, leasing, finance and legal
• Prepare and issue tenant notices, circulars, warning and penalty notice as advised by mall manager. Follow-up on tenant communications till completion
• Handle all queries and complaints from Tenants when received in the Mall and through customer service. Ensure forwarding the same to the concerned department, including follow up for timely resolution as per established Mall policies and procedures.
• Manage all documentation related to mall management and leasing operations
• Assist the Senior / Manager Operations in the preparation of the annual Budget for the assigned Centre. Follow up on the budget phasing plan and prepare an update budget phasing follow up sheet for onward submission to the Mall Management on a periodic basis.
• Manage office supplies and all other inventory related to mall offices to ensure smooth functioning of the mall operations and management offices
