Job Description:
· Assisting with Day-to-Day Administrative Tasks
· Managing the Front Desk and Attending Visitors While Greeting, Welcoming, Directing and Announcing them Appropriately in a professional and Amicable Manner
· Issuing and Maintaining Track of Visitor Pass
· Answering Phone Calls and Forwarding Calls to Respective Departments / People
· Maintaining the Visitor Register
· Handling Administrative Queries of Employees
· Assisting in Organizing Festival Poojas (Diwali)
· , birthday parties, New Year celebrations etc.
· Documentation & Basic Admin related Data Management
· Update about office security and backend jobs like electricity, lift maintenance, AMC maintenance etc
· Dispatch & Couriers Management
· Keeping Track of Office Supplies and Placing Orders for Replacements
· Arranging Snacks for the Clients
· Managing Housekeeping Staff for Smooth Functioning of Regular Administrative Work
Desired Candidate:
· Proven experience as Front Desk Representative or in Hospitality Industry is preferred
· Pleasing and Presentable Personality.
· Should have Positive Energy with a Zeal to Learn & Do More
· Familiarity with Office Machines (e.g. Desktop, Laptop, fax, printer etc.)
· Knowledge of Office Management and Basic File Maintenance
· Proficient in English (oral and written)
· Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
· Strong communication and people skills
· Good organizational and multitasking abilities
· Problem-solving skills
· Customer Service Orientation
· Must be a graduate
· Noida or South Delhi Resident is preferred
Job Type: Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
