Job Description:
We have an urgent opening for the post Admin Executive for a reputed company based at Mira Road (Thane).
Please find the details for the same:
Qualification: Graduate.
Experience: 1 year 8 years
Gender: Male/Female
Job Timing: +.30 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.
Week off: Sunday and 4th Saturday

Candidates Profile:
• Candidate should have 1 to 5 years relevant experience in office administration.
• Candidate worked in industrial and manufacturing sector will be preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Admin and travel management is must
• Should have ability to solve basic IT day to day issues under guidance of IT service provider.
• Proficient in verbal and written communication in English language
• Should be Multitasking, hard working and go getter attitude
• Should preferably be staying in the vicinity of Mira Road/ nearby western suburbs or Thane proper/Ghodbunder Road
• Knowledge of Trouble Shooting
Skills:
• Should have good IT knowledge/Troubleshooting
• Should be able to resolve basic IT issues under service providers guidance.
• Candidate done IT hardware course preferred
Job Profile:
• Job Description
• Handling day to day IT issues related to hardware, internet issues, PC or outlook issues, printer problem etc.
• Handling CCTV issues.
• Managing the housekeeping, security guard and office boys.
• Supervising cleanliness of office.
• Supervising offices assets are in good condition.
• Renewal of AMCs and coordination with AMC vendors.
• Ensuring pest control and other maintenance work are carried out as per schedule
Procurement of office assets as per requirement
• Travel booking and Visa Processing
• Checking the availability of stationary, distributing the stationary as per requirement and keeping the records
• Maintaining MIS Reports (Electricity consumption, inward and outward stationeries records, courier summary, telephone expenses, etc)
• Handling EPABX and call transfer
• Handling the petty cash and keeping the record of expenses
• Administer all aspects of general office coordination
• Handling Employees Queries related to their claims and vendor payments invoices
• Forecasting and Budgeting for Admin Department
• Inward-Outward courier records
• Provide assistance in the various internal events management
