Office Administration: Handle general administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing office correspondence.
Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the office premises, including coordinating with external vendors for repairs and maintenance.
Office Supplies Management: Monitor and replenish office supplies, equipment, and furniture as needed. Maintain inventory records and ensure cost-effective procurement.
Security and Safety: Implement and maintain security protocols and procedures to safeguard the office premises, assets, and personnel. Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Vendor Management: Liaise with vendors and service providers for various facility-related services such as cleaning, security, maintenance, and utilities. Negotiate contracts and ensure quality service delivery.
Event Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating office events, meetings, conferences, and other activities. Arrange logistics, catering, and equipment as required.
Travel and Accommodation: Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation for employees and visitors. Handle visa processing, transportation bookings, and travel expense reimbursements.
Records Management: Maintain and organize office records, files, and documents in both physical and electronic formats. Ensure confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information.
Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, including data entry, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
