Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Ashram Road, Ahmedabad

Salary: Up to 18,000 based on experience

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional English communication skills and the ability to efficiently manage various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

Communication: Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders via phone, email, and in-person meetings. Ensure clear and concise communication at all times.
Documentation: Prepare and manage documents, reports, and presentations. Proofread and edit documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
Scheduling: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Manage calendars and schedules effectively.
Data Entry: Accurately input and update data in databases and systems. Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information.
Office Management: Assist in office organization and maintenance. Order supplies, manage inventory, and ensure a tidy and welcoming office environment.
Support: Provide HR support as needed. Handle inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
Requirements:

Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
