Job Title: Admin Executive - Back Office
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Executive to join our back office team. As an Admin Executive, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will be handling a variety of tasks related to the organization and communication of information, as well as ensuring the smooth running of daily administrative operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory levels
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the management team
- Prepare and distribute memos, reports, and other documents as required
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and materials for meetings
- Maintain and update company databases and filing systems
- Coordinate and manage office events, including conferences and team-building activities
- Support HR functions, such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgeting activities
- Handle general office administrative tasks, such as data entry, photocopying, and scanning
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Admin Executive or similar administrative role
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
