Are you an experienced admin and finance professional looking for a flexible part-time role? Join our dynamic team at a reputable mechanics business in Murray Bridge, SA, and help us streamline our financial and administrative operations. We are looking for a detail-oriented, organised, and self-motivated individual to manage day-to-day admin and finance tasks. Experience with Xero is a bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management: Oversee reconciliations, payment of accounts and general financial reporting using Xero. Help with invoicing as required.
Admin Support: Provide administrative support, including data entry and managing communications.
Record Keeping: Ensure accurate and up-to-date filing of financial and administrative documents.
Payroll: Assist with basic payroll processing.
General Office Administration: Maintain efficient office systems, handling any other ad hoc admin duties as needed.
Requirements:

Proven experience in administration and finance, ideally within a small business environment.
Proficiency in Xero (or similar accounting software).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
Previous experience in the mechanics or automotive industry is a bonus, but not essential.
Work Schedule:

8-10 hours per week.
Must be available to work 2-5 hours in-office every Wednesday.
Flexibility to work from home for the remaining hours (negotiable).
