Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Audits (Quality and safety) Coordinator, Quality Control, and HR Specialist. This hybrid role involves coordinating audit activities, ensuring high-quality standards across departments, and managing basic HR functions to support a productive and compliant workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Audits Coordination:
• Plan, schedule, and conduct internal and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Document audit findings and manage corrective actions
• Manage to have adherence to safety and quality parameters by operations at all times
• Assist in the development and implementation of corrective action plans.
Quality Control:
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes and procedures.
• Monitor and evaluate product and service quality to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote continuous improvement.
Human Resources:
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation processes.
• Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation.
• Address employee queries and provide support on HR-related matters.
• Work in tandem with HR agency used to manage the function
Qualifications:
• Any graduate with good speaking skiils, but Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Quality Management, or related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in audits coordination, quality control, and human resources is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
