Job Brief
• One of our clients is looking for an Administration Manager with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
• You’ll supervise the daily support operations of the company and plan the most efficient administrative procedures
• Your goal is to ensure that all support activities are carried on efficiently in the company to allow the business operations to function properly.
• The role entails working from the office (Katedhan, Telangana-500077) with 6 days of work.

Responsibilities
• Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
• Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
• Resolve the grievances brought forward by employees
• Manage schedules and deadlines
• Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
• Manage travel desk operations such as enforcing travel policies, optimizing travel operations, making travel arrangements, and processing the claims
• Organize and supervise other office activities, as and when required
• Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments

Requirements
• A minimum of 4 years of experience as an Administration Manager
• Very good understanding of office management processes
• Experience with financial and facilities management principles
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
