We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Admin / Office Assistant / EA. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and executives, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily business activities. Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements • Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports • Answer and direct phone calls and emails • Organize and maintain office files and records • Assist in the preparation of presentations and materials for meetings • Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies and maintaining inventory • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion • Provide support to other departments as needed Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent • Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational and time management abilities • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively • Attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Professional and friendly demeanor Note: This may be a third party hiring as we fetch hiring information from third party portals.
