Mercer (Team - ANZ_Pension Admin) is seeking candidates for the following position based at the Gurgaon office.

Specialist

What can you expect?

We are looking to hire a Specialist in ANZ (Pension Admin)

The role will be responsible for daily work management and processing of various pension retirement administrative work, managing end-to-end activities of a member life cycle, communicating with the onshore business partners. Following the compliance guidelines internally and of client policies. Updating the AM, be part of process improvements and mentor the new members joining the team.

We will count on you for:

· Administration of retirement pension benefits

· Daily Work Management, processing and review

· Conducting Root Cause Analysis on incidents/escalations

· Preparation and ongoing management of Standard Operating Procedures/Process documents

· Written and verbal communication with onshore business partners

· Understand and deliver process trainings

· Ensuring compliance of all internal and client policies

· Providing timely updates to AM and Onshore counterparts

· Driving Process improvements

· Mentoring and coaching new hires

Note: Applicants should be flexible working in shifts

What you need to have:

Knowledge & Skills:
• Knowledge of Superannuation domain
• Shared e-mailbox management experience
• Good command on MS Office applications (MS-Excel, MS-Word)
• Problem solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multi task, self-starter
• Good understanding of legislative and procedural changes
• Exposure of new transition from different locations preferred

Eligibility:
• Minimum 3 years' experience overall

Education:
• Graduate
