Key Responsibilities
• Project site visits-Need to visit premises to explore the best possibilities of layout and utilisation of space
• Project layout-Need to coordinate (with vendor) for layout in CAD as per requirement of BO team
• Project layout approvals-Need to initiate mail for approval of layout.
• Project Vendor Management-Need to have liaisons with the vendor for projects, new vendor to be sourced for cost saving and Quality
• Project cost estimation and Approvals-Need to take approval for budgets of the branch furnishing
• Project timelines-Need to coordinate with Filed team and project team and MSME team for timelines of the projects
• Project Updates-Need to provide the update after every visit and weekly about the progress of the projects.
• Project mid visits-Need to visit premises as per requirement and directions
• Project Quality check-ups-Need to check the quality of the product, work is as per approved BOQ
• Project Final Check-up-Need to check the site is ready for handover to BO /Not
• Project Handover-Need to ******** BO team for Handover details
• Project payments and Bill settlement-Project vendor payment is to be initiated as per schedules and Bill to be settled as soon as project get completed.
• Coordination with IT-Need to Coordinate with IT team for IT project work,
• MSME Branches repair and Maintenance Issues-Need to coordinate for repair and maintenance work which falls under vendor who did that particular project
• Master record of all projects-Need to keep and maintain master record of all Projects
• MIS of New Branch Progress-Weekly updates and information sharing with relevant stake holders
• Misc. task related to MSME & Projects-Other task as and when required as per company’s policy.
Qualifications
Any bachelor's degree
Experience
A minimum of 4 to 5 years in Adminstration- Project Manager
