Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administration Trainee based in Toronto, NSW. The Administration Trainee will assist in daily office tasks including managing client communications, organizing documents, maintaining records, and supporting accountants with administrative duties. The role involves liaising with clients, scheduling appointments, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
Qualifications
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Time Management and Organizational Skills
• Interst in learning Accounting and Financial principles essential
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within
a team
• Intermediate use of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Relevant experience in an administrative role is preferred but not require
