About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Administrative Assistance: Provide support to the GM and general team, ensuring administrative tasks are completed to a high standard
Event Planning: Organise events such as conferences, including coordinating with external stakeholders, material preparation and event set up
Rebate Processing: Assist with and track rebate processes to ensure accuracy and timely reporting
Marketing Support: Work alongside the Marketing Manager to assist with various admin activities including the preparation of catalogue offers
This role is being offered as a full-time role, however some flexibility is available for the right candidate. If you would like part-time hours, please detail what you’re looking for in your cover letter.
About You
Experience: Previous experience in an administration-based role
People person: You can effortlessly interact and build rapport with stakeholders through verbal and written communication
Meticulous: You are known for your attention to detail and organisation. You know how to manage your time efficiently and prioritise work in a fast-paced environment
Problem solver: You approach tasks with a can-do attitude and use initiative to find effective solutions
Tech savvy: Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite, as well as email and scheduling tools
Working rights: You have full Australian working rights as sponsorship will not be offered for this role
