Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent phone etiquette and have a strong background in clerical tasks. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing support to various departments, and maintaining effective communication within the team.

Responsibilities
• Manage incoming calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently using various software applications, including QuickBooks and Google Suite.
• Organise and maintain office files, records, and documentation to ensure easy access and retrieval.
• Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements as needed.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence to support team initiatives.
• Support office operations by managing supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary.
• Collaborate with team members on various projects while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.

Experience
• Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
• Proficiency in using computerised systems for data entry and office management tasks.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks is advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail is essential.
