About the role
This opening is for an Administration Assistant / Customer Service Officer to join our Team in Toowoomba.
This is a Full Time Permanent Role, Monday to Friday (8am / 8.30am Starts)
Provide general administration, data entry and office support to the wider team where required
Provide timely, accurate and thorough information in response to customer queries and escalations through inbound and outbound customer contact.
Utilise multiple freight systems in order to track deliveries and resolve customer queries – Strong data entry skills are highly desirable for this role
Handle each customer interaction with empathy and resilience, adapting to diverse needs and situations.
Educate customers on how to use our self-service platforms effectively.
Be able to read customer situations accurately and anticipate their needs
Scan and file office work and documentation, and be able to handle sensitive information in a responsible and compliant manner
