Looking for a flexible admin role that fits around your life?
We’re on the lookout for a self-motivated and detail-oriented Administration Officer to join our team in a job share capacity, working 3 days per week.
There is potential for this role to evolve into a full-time position in the future. If you're looking for full-time hours, we still encourage you to apply as we're open to the right fit.
In this role, you will be able to work mostly from home, with the occasional trip to one of our office locations (Pakenham, Torquay or Melbourne CBD) for training, meetings, or ad hoc tasks. Alternatively, you can base yourself at one of our office locations if you prefer.

What You’ll Be Doing
As part of our small, high-performing team, your key responsibilities will include:
Managing a high volume of bookings and invoicing across multiple offices and regions
Responding to client enquiries with professionalism and care
Ensuring accurate data entry and record-keeping
Supporting management with various administrative tasks
Coordinating quotes and communications with subcontractors
What We’re Looking For
Strong organisational skills, professionalism and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Customer-focused mindset
Previous experience in a similar high-volume admin role preferred
Familiarity with Google Docs, Xero, or project management software is a bonus
