Accountabilities/Responsibilities
• Raising repairs on our bespoke system
• Telephone and email correspondence with Clients, customers and suppliers
• Sending Quotes for follow on works
• Updating client portals
• Planning and scheduling engineer work load
• General administration tasks
Key Skills & Experience
• The successful candidate should be competent in
Microsoft Office packages
• Excellent organisation skills and a polite and helpful telephone manner.
• Candidates should also hold numerical skills and have the ability to priorities and manage a busy workload.
Full training will be given to the successful candidate.
