About This Role

On behalf of our client, a World Leader within the Energy / Oil & Gas industry, Brunel is presently sourcing an Administration Assistant for a 12 month contract located in their Corporate Perth CBD offices. You will support this dynamic Project Team.

An insight to your responsibilities with include:

Providing a wide range of administration support to the Project
Supporting project correspondence process by using CDS (both internal and external correspondence)
Maintaining desk plan / office plan / list of Company personnel
Managing the organisation charts in SAP
Coordinating and accomplishing sign off of key documentation for both Company and Contractor
Booking flights / hotels / transfers and prepare travel request
Coordinating flights, accommodation and mobilisation of all direct and indirect employees to client sites
Providing support for a necessary working visa for team member


Requirements

Availability to work Monday - Thursday in the office and Friday (work from home) - mandatory
8 hours per day - to 5.00pm
Confident communication skills and collaborative attitude with other team members
Ability to work with different disciplines and cultures
Maintain positive vendor relationships
Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks
