Position Overview:
Are you interested in administration and willing to learn new software? Do you have a keen interest in administration within the community sector ? Do you have a passion to help others ?We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Administration Assistant. This position is perfect for someone eager to start their professional journey and gain hands-on experience in a variety of administrative functions. There is on the job training and support.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the team, including filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.
Reception duties, answering the telephone and directing calls to the appropriate department.
Handle customer inquiries, written or verbal.
Requirements:

Strong interest in pursuing a career in administration in the community sector.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Permanent resident that lives in Cairns
