Responsibilities
• Facilities Management & office operations - Ensure that the office is fully operational with all utilities functioning properly.
• Asset management, and procurement - Ensure company assets (devices & other assets) are stocked and tracked properly.
• Vendor & contract management - PoC for vendors
• Liaise with external entities such as building owners, banks, Bangalore Development Authority/government offices etc., as and when required
• Manage travel/stay bookings for office events, meetings and organising events.
• Support the finance team.
• This position would require local travel occasionally.
Requirements
• Should be responsive & process-oriented.
• Excellent communication skills - (English & Kannada)
• Dynamic, able to multitask, and to prioritise workload effectively
• Project management skills as well as good experience of managing people will be huge plus.
• Experience of office setup
• Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
• Have a good network in Bengaluru, KA
• Should have experience in negotiating with vendors and local merchants
• Should be proactive & open to flexible working hours
• Good MS Excel/spreadsheet skills
• 2-3 years experience in office operations/Admin related work
