Responsibilities
Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of assigned engineering projects.
Managing administrative tasks: This includes scheduling meetings, coordinating office activities, and organizing events
Maintaining office supplies: This includes maintaining copiers and fax machines, and restocking the refrigerator
Handling correspondence: This includes handling memos, reports, and invoices, including sensitive information
Preparing reports: This includes preparing reports on projects details, pacing list, dispatches, and compiling expense reports
Implementing office policies: This includes ensuring the organization's efficiency
Skills & Experience
A Bachelor's degree in any feild
Excellent computer literacy and knowledge of design and visualization software.
The ability to work with multiple discipline projects.
Excellent project management and supervision skills.
Excellent organizational, time management, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
