Internship Description
As a Founder’s Office Assistant Intern, you will directly support the founder in day-to-day operations, gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of running a dynamic digital marketing agency. This role provides an excellent opportunity for someone looking to understand the intricacies of digital marketing and entrepreneurship.
Responsibilities
Assist the founder with daily administrative tasks and scheduling
Coordinate meetings, calls, and other communication
Manage and prioritize emails, correspondence, and follow-ups
Conduct research and prepare reports on various topics
Support project management and ensure timely completion of tasks
Help in organizing events, workshops, and team activities
Create and maintain documentation and records
Assist in content creation for social media and other digital platforms
Perform any other tasks as assigned by the founder
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
Basic knowledge of digital marketing is a plus
