Responsibilities and Duties
• Should have to attend training & seminars for being updated from college course option.
• Drafting & Filling application of candidates.
• Will be responsible for drafting proper documentation for each application.
• Have to take regular updates for Conditional & Unconditional Offer Letters from Universities.
• Will be a point of contact between agents, universities.
• Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, and should take regular follow ups for the same.
• Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes
• Filing paperwork, meeting with internal and external stakeholders, presenting important information

Qualifications and Skills
• Only Experienced candidates should apply
• Proven work experience as an Administrative work
• Graduation in any field will be an added advantage
• Working knowledge Abroad education requirements, course options ,application of emails
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when required
• Excellent organizational skills
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
