We are offering services to retail and enterprise customers like Big Basket, Flipkart, Amazon, GATI, etc. We work as one of the approved contractors of Gujarat State Civil Supply Corporation of Government of Gujarat where we providing logistic services for essential food grains on a monthly basis approximately +10,000 MT.
We are a business associate of CONCOR (Container Corporation of India) and serving multimode logistic service using road and rail transportation in the domestic market by using CONCOR infrastructure. We are committed to providing responsive, cost-effective, efficient, reliable and customer-focused logistics solutions.
About the Internship:
Key responsibilities:
1. Organize and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner for the company
2. Manage communication including emails and phone calls
3. Screen phone calls, redirect calls, and take messages
4. Schedule appointments, meetings, and reservations as needed
5. Receive deliveries and sort & distribute incoming mail
6. Maintain and order office supplies
7. Receive invoices and review them for accuracy qualification
8. Correspond with clients, associates & suppliers
+. Work on co-ordinating & liaisoning with bank
Requirements:
1. A high school diploma or general education degree is required. associate's degree in business administration preferred
2. 1 year of clerical, secretarial, or office experience
3. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills
5. Comfortable with routinely shifting demands
6. A high degree of attention to detail
7. Data entry experience
8. Working knowledge of general office equipment
