We are seeking an Administration Officer to join our close knit Finance team based in Gregory Hills.
Duties will include, but not be limited to:
Setting up customer rates in Jaix.
Ongoing maintenance and uprating customer rates.
Performing internal audits on customer rates.
Setting up new debtor accounts (Credit application, reference check and internal Management approvals).
Processing debtor’s credit card payments.
Allocating debtor’s payments in the accounting system.
Assisting customers with their queries.
Processing customer credits and re-charges.
Supporting the TMS and WMS invoice runs.
Sending payment reminders and follow up overdue debtor invoices.
Coding and processing creditor’s invoices.
Assisting in creditor’s payment runs (EFT and BPAY).
Creditor’s statement reconciliation.
Calculating month-end accruals.
Processing month end journals and bank reconciliations.
Filing paperwork as required.
Other ad-hoc tasks as requested by Manager.
Previous Transport experience highly desirable
